✏️ Senior Design Architect – Chelsea Harbour Chelsea Harbour | £55,000 bonus | Office-based A long-established practice in Chelsea Harbour is looking for a design-focused architect to lead early-stage concepts on high-profile luxury residential and heritage projects across London and internationally. The Role Lead projects at stages 0–3, from brief through to concept development Produce strong hand sketches and 3D visualisations to bring ideas to life Collaborate with Directors and technical teams through planning and into delivery Prepare design & access statements, planning submissions, and heritage consents Guide a small team and coordinate external consultants ️ What You’ll Need ARB registered with 5 years PQE Strong portfolio in high-end residential or commercial/hotel schemes (£5m) Exceptional sketching and 3D concept design skills Confident communicator with leadership ability Fluent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, MS Office Solid UK practice experience and planning knowledge What’s On Offer £55,000 salary Performance-based bonus 20 days holiday bank holidays Christmas closure Workplace pension 9:00–5:30 office hours Ongoing professional growth and support If you’re a design-driven architect who thrives on concept work and wants to shape landmark schemes, apply today or get in touch for a confidential chat.
