The Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our client projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate internal teams, liaise with clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and communications, while maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage projects from initial handover through to completion and aftercare. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear updates and building strong relationships. Coordinate with design, engineering, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor project progress, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively. Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and updates for stakeholders. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and third parties to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety regulations, and client requirements. Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and sharing best practices. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in project management, ideally within construction, or related industries. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client-facing roles. Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-driven approach. Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g. MS Project, Monday.com, or similar). Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations is an advantage. A degree or professional qualification in project management, business, or a related field is desirable. Project Management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) are beneficial but not essential. What We Offer Competitive salary with uncapped commission structure. Company car/allowance [if applicable].
