This is a role for a natural communicator and relationship-builder who’s resilient, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. If you’ve got experience in field sales, door-to-door, or charity fundraising, you’ll have the skills to be able to hit the ground running! The Role: * Drive new business sign-ups across Newcastle, focusing on small businesses in hospitality, retail, leisure, and more * Work the city centre with confidence, approaching venues, building rapport, and presenting the benefits of the platform * Manage inbound leads and convert them through a consultative sales cycle * Attend local networking events, community gatherings, and business meetups * Build trust-based relationships with business owners and stakeholders * Add new venues to the app where WiFi is present – help grow the network * Gather feedback from users to inform future improvements * Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports * Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and early success The Person: * Based in Newcastle and able to travel easily into the city centre * Sales experience preferred; field sales, door-to-door, or charity sales ideal * Excellent communicator with a confident, proactive approach * Resilient, hardworking, and not afraid of rejection or challenge * Sociable, emotionally intelligent, and great at building rapport * Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule * Strong organisational skills and a modern, tech-savvy mindset Exciting opportunity to represent a modern business in Newcastle.
