Primary duties of the Forklift Operator include: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw and finished goods, pallets, and other items. Load and unload trucks and other vehicles, ensuring proper securing of all loads before transport. Pick orders, accurately record inventory movements, and help maintain accurate inventory levels. Perform quality checks on goods received and report any variances or damaged products. Conduct daily inspections of the forklift and other equipment, performing minor maintenance tasks, and reporting any issues to management immediately. Adhere to all OSHA standards and company safety guidelines, maintain a clean work area, and identify potential safety hazards. Complete necessary forms and maintain records related to material movements and inventory. Requirements of the Forklift Operator include: Previous forklift experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
