Adult Day Services Manager

CRSI, a prominent national trade association dedicated to the steel reinforcing bar industry, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Day Services Manager to join our healthcare division. This role is pivotal in overseeing the operation of our adult day care facilities, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with healthcare regulations. The Manager will be responsible for leading a team dedicated to providing daily therapeutic and recreational activities designed to enhance the quality of life for adults in our care. Oversee daily operations of adult day care facilities to ensure efficient management and compliance with all state and federal regulations. Develop and implement care programs that meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of adults in the facility. Manage and train a team of healthcare professionals and support staff to provide high-quality care and services. Assess the needs of new clients and create personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers. Maintain accurate records of all clients and operations, including financial transactions and budgeting. Communicate regularly with family members and caregivers to provide updates and receive feedback on the services provided. Ensure the physical environment is maintained in a safe and clean manner, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
