Pastry Chef de Partie An exciting opportunity has opened for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at our luxury property. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented professional with a passion for pastry who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and is eager to contribute to exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods Work closely with the Pastry Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver menus that reflect creativity and consistency Ensure all products meet the highest standards of presentation, taste, and texture Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP and kitchen regulations Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering and inventory control Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal offerings Train and mentor junior team members when required Requirements: Proven experience as a Pastry CDP or in a similar pastry role within luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining restaurants Strong technical skills in pastry, baking, and dessert preparation Creativity and passion for developing innovative and visually stunning desserts Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent experience What We Offer: Competitive remuneration package The opportunity to work with a skilled and passionate culinary team Career development and growth within a luxury hospitality group A supportive and inspiring environment where creativity is encouraged If you are a pastry professional eager to showcase your skills in a world-class kitchen, we would love to hear from you.
