Candidate Requirements: FGASA Level 2 or higher (or equivalent guiding qualification) ARH and valid PDP Valid First Aid certificate Minimum 5 years guiding experience, ideally in Big 5 territory Trackers and trailing skills highly valued (Trailing Level 2 or higher preferred) Strong hosting and guest engagement skills, especially with international clientele Experience in luxury lodge operations and guiding in high-end environments Deep understanding of ecology, conservation, and wildlife behavior Ability to interpret and share knowledge in an engaging, guest-appropriate way Comfortable leading bush walks, game drives, and specialist experiences Skilled in guest safety, vehicle maintenance, and equipment care Strong communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
