Requirements Minimum 35 years experience in a similar admin or back-of-house management role, preferably in hotels, lodges, or luxury hospitality. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent knowledge of stock control systems and MS Office (Excel essential). Understanding of hospitality operations and service standards. Professional, solution-driven approach and strong communication skills.
