Duty Manager

The Duty Manager ensures the smooth running of daily hotel operations, acting as the senior point of contact for both guests and staff during assigned shifts. Candidate requirements: Matric; a relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous Minimum 23 years experience in a supervisory, assistant manager, or duty manager role within the hospitality industry. Early and late shifts (until 23:00) depending on operational needs Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. A guest-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations. Willing and able to work shifts. A friendly, positive 'can-do' demeanour. Able to take initiative Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience Operational Oversight Team Leadership Administration & Communication Live-out. Salary: R15 000 - R17 000 CTC
