Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet guests on arrival, manage smooth check-in and check-out processes, and provide personalized attention throughout their stay Respond promptly and effectively to guest enquiries, requests, and feedback, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations Coordinate with internal teams (housekeeping, maintenance, reservations) to maintain seamless lodge operations Maintain a professional, approachable, and welcoming demeanor at all times Support the lodge manager with administrative tasks and reporting as required Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the lodges standards and reputation Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality, lodge operations, or front desk/reception roles Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure while maintaining professionalism Strong attention to detail and guest-focused approach Valid drivers license is advantageous Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take initiative and learn Why Join Us: This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing lodge team where your contributions directly impact guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
