Maintenance Manager - 2 Hotels

Are you a technical all-rounder with leadership qualities? In Amsterdam, we are looking for a Head of Technical Services to elevate the maintenance of two hotels (a total of over 450 rooms). You are ambitious, like to get your hands dirty, and at the same time have a clear vision for the technical service. You know where things can go wrong, prevent problems by thinking ahead, and always see opportunities to improve what exists. Your responsibilities: Point of contact for technical maintenance within both hotels; Hands-on involvement while also monitoring the long-term strategy; Responsible for budget management and supervision of investment projects; Focus on preventive maintenance to reduce costs and increase efficiency; Actively contribute ideas about energy saving and sustainable solutions; Build a strong and independent team step by step.
