Site Manager Location: Eastbourne Start Date: Monday 22/09/2025 Duration: Ongoing assignment Rate: £290 per day I'm working with a large Tier One contractor who are seeking an experienced Site Manager for the refurbishment of a hotel/multi-room building in Eastbourne. You will be the No.1 on site, reporting to a visiting Project Manager, and responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, and ensuring site safety and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Manage all day-to-day site activity for the refurbishment project Coordinate trades, deliveries, and site logistics Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and monitor health & safety compliance Ensure quality and finish meet specification Liaise regularly with the visiting PM and provide progress updates Requirements: Proven experience delivering refurbishment projects, ideally in hotels or multi-room buildings SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required Able to manage independently with visiting PM oversight Strong eye for detail and programme management Based within commuting distance of Eastbourne
