Job Description
The Riviera Country Club, a prestigious and historical private golf club founded in 1926, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. Located in the scenic area of Pacific Palisades, the club prides itself on providing exceptional dining experiences to complement its world-class sports facilities. This role is pivotal in supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and ensuring that our high standards of service and hospitality are met. Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dining facilities. Help maintain high levels of customer service and enhance the dining experience for our members. Manage and train frontline staff to uphold the club's standards of service and protocol. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant. Manage inventory and order supplies while controlling operational costs. Handle member feedback professionally and relay important information to the Restaurant Manager. Participate in the planning and execution of special events and club functions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that food preparation and presentation are timely and of the highest quality.
