Job Description & Requirements Infectious Disease Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $212.43 - $229.95 This facility is seeking an Infectious Disease physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm | Nightly call and 24 hour weekend call Practice Setting: Inpatient Types of cases and required procedures: Infectious Disease cases Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days Electronic Medical Records(EMR): Epic Certifications requirements: Board Certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Licensure required: Active Ohio license Facility Location Known as the birthplace of aviation, Dayton is a city with deep roots in American history and culture.
