MANDATE SCOPE OF WORK (What You Will Achieve) In this role you will: Strengthen Brand Image & Stakeholder Trust: Position the company as a leader in lifestyle, real estate, and tourism. Shape and implement an integrated corporate communication strategy to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Enhance trust among investors, partners, customers, employees, and communities. Manage reputation proactively, navigate crises with transparency, and safeguard long-term credibility. Lead Sustainability & ESG Strategy: Drive ambitious ESG goals through integrated sustainability efforts under key strategic pillars—Better Planet, Better People, and Better Prosperity. Embed sustainability into business operations, foster a culture of accountability, and ensure transparent reporting aligned with global standards. Secure international recognition while creating long-term shared value. Build Community Engagement & Partnerships: Deliver meaningful social impact by developing engagement strategies that address community needs and create goodwill.
