Job Description

As a Secretarial Assistant reporting to the Business Head, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the division. Your key responsibilities will include:- Providing secretarial support to the Business Head, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel bookings for flights, hotels, and cars.- Managing vendor relationships by handling PR and purchase order creation, scrutinizing and approving invoices, creating goods receipt notes, and submitting invoices to the accounts department.You will also be required to coordinate activities within the division, such as:- Processing expenses and reimbursements, as well as managing product and field-related materials.- Facilitating coordination for field-related activities, such as trainings, and assisting with cycle/zonal meetings by liaising with the travel desk for hotel and stay arrangements.- Coordinating with other departments to schedule meetings and ensure seamless communication across teams.The ideal candidate for this role will possess:- 4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.- A graduate degree in any field.- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing work priorities.- A proactive approach to taking on responsibilities and meeting targets within specified timelines., Sign-in & see how your skills match this job Sign-in & Get noticed by top recruiters and get hired fast Executive Secretary - MD - Thiruvanmiyur - Immediate Joiners Sanvi Engineering And Business Consulting Solutions J-18808-Ljbffr
