Role Overview As a Warehouse & Counterbalance Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in the safe handling, storage, and movement of pharmaceutical goods within a GMP-compliant warehouse environment. You’ll operate material handling equipment, maintain accurate inventory records, and support inbound/outbound logistics to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Operate counterbalance forklift trucks to load, unload, and transport goods safely Receive, inspect, and store pharmaceutical products in accordance with SOPs and GMP standards Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and compliance Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse zones Complete documentation and system updates (e.g., SAP, WMS) for all material movements Support temperature-controlled storage and handling procedures Collaborate with QA, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow Adhere to all health & safety regulations, including PPE usage and equipment checks Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly ✅ Qualifications & Experience Valid Counterbalance Forklift License (RTITB or equivalent) Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, ideally within a pharmaceutical or regulated industry Familiarity with GMP, GDP, or ISO standards is highly desirable Basic IT skills (e.g., WMS, SAP, handheld scanners) Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
