About the Role: We're looking for an experienced HVAC Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that actually enjoys working together. What You'll Do: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (split systems, RTUs, refrigeration, etc.) Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, 3-phase, using wiring diagrams Diagnose and service natural gas and propane systems Handle emergency calls with professionalism and efficiency Identify potential maintenance issues before they become major problems Follow work orders, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with team and customers Follow OSHA and company safety protocols Collaborate with a supportive and knowledgeable team What We're Looking For: Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience (commercial and/or residential) EPA Certification (Required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Basic computer skills and comfort using dispatch/job management tools Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb ladders up to 24 feet Willing to participate in an on-call rotation Positive attitude and strong work ethic Our Culture: We're serious about doing great work, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.
