Pay Information $1,840 per week About The Position Job Title: Emergency Department RN Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 13:00 - 01:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, CPI Must-Have: Positive, Caring & Compassionate Attitude Spirit of Learning Accuracy in Documentation Clear, Concise, and Consistent Communication Meet Expectations Outlined in the Nursing Scope of Practice and Corporate Code of Conduct Proficient IV Skills Knowledge of Vasoactive Medications Description: The position is for an RN in the Emergency Department. The unit has 17 beds and patient ratios vary from 1:4 to 1:5. Staffing includes RNs, Paramedics, ED Techs, and Patient Safety Attendants. The department is equipped with GE Monitors, Level 1 equipment, Zoll devices, and CareFusion/Baxter products. Documentation is managed through a specific electronic system. Scheduling requires Track Scheduling along with every other weekend. Floating among units is based on needs, strictly adhering to validated duties. The role demands excellence in patient interactions and experience. Nursing responsibilities include performing central lines, arterial lines, intubation, and other critical procedures.
