Pay Information $2,065 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13-26 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Active nursing license required Certifications: BCLS required Must-Have: - Experience with Med/Surg, Heparin, Insulin - Ability to interpret dysrhythmias - Knowledge of isolation precautions - IV insulin protocols - Peripheral line care/management Description: The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care. This role requires adept skills in managing medical and surgical patients. The nurse will administer medications and therapies, including insulin and heparin infusions. Floating to similar units may be a requirement, with expected rotation at least once per week. Weekend work is required every other weekend, including holidays. RTO requests must be made in advance, with a maximum of 7 days approved. The nurse will work with interdisciplinary teams and support services. Essential duties include monitoring patient conditions and collaborating with healthcare professionals. The position also involves educating patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
