The Regional Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operations of 4-7 Dunkin' restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, high-quality food, crew development, food safety, restaurant cleanliness, and maximum profitability. They will maintain effective communication with the Director of Operations, provide clear direction, and foster a positive work environment that aligns with the company's mission and values. The ideal candidate will have proven success in QSR management, drive-thru service experience, and prior multi-unit experience. Retail experience will also be considered. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to build and lead a strong team through hiring, training, and developing Restaurant Managers.
