As a key member of our management team, your primary responsibilities will include: Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols, food safety standards, and relevant laws. Ensuring brand consistency, recipes, and systems are executed correctly and consistently across all locations. Cultivating a customer-centric culture within the restaurant and promoting a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing high-performing restaurant staff. Providing coaching and guidance to team members to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction. Analyzing guest feedback results and implementing effective action plans to address any issues. Leading new product rollouts, including training, marketing, and sampling initiatives. Monitoring and controlling costs to maximize profitability. Completing regular inventory and financial reporting tasks. Scheduling employees to meet guest demand and service standards. Coordinating vendor orders and managing relationships with external partners. Evaluating employee performance and providing constructive feedback for growth and development. Communicating restaurant goals, priorities, and results to team members.
