The Manufacturing Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across the plant, optimizing production processes, and contributing to the long-term reliability of equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to engineering challenges, demonstrate leadership potential, and grow into a managerial role overseeing the company’s maintenance operations. Analyze and optimize production workflows, tooling, equipment layout, and manufacturing methods. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, design) to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues. Support equipment upgrades, new installations, and factory layout planning. Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and standard work instructions. Provide technical support to maintenance teams and begin transitioning into a supervisory role over maintenance operations. Monitor equipment performance and reliability, assisting in the development of preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all engineering and maintenance activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and CI methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma). Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting and process optimization. Strong leadership potential with a desire to take on a supervisory/managerial path.
