The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in casual and fine dining environments. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests. Duties Supervise and manage front of house staff, ensuring high levels of service and guest satisfaction. Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Utilize Focus POS system for efficient order processing and payment management. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and quality control. Train and mentor new employees on service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to enhance customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in a managerial role within the food service industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of casual dining and fine dining standards. Proficiency in cash handling practices and experience with Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. Experience in shift management and supervising staff is essential.
