Physician (MD/DO) - Obstetrics and Gynecology in Alpena, MI

We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician for locum tenens coverage in Alpena, Michigan. This assignment includes both clinic and call responsibilities. Candidates must be experienced in full-scope OB/GYN care and comfortable working in a busy, well-equipped regional setting. Assignment Details: Coverage Dates: August 6 at 7:00 AM – August 8 at 7:00 AM August 18 at 7:00 AM – August 19 at 7:00 AM Clinic Hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM Clinic Volume: ~2 patients per hour (depending on appointment length) Call Coverage: 24-hour call during assignment dates Duties & Procedures: Suction D&C Laparoscopy Read and interpret NSTs C-Sections Circumcisions Tubal Ligations Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in OB/GYN Active MI license preferred – IMLC candidates welcome Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications Located on the beautiful shores of Lake Huron, Alpena is a picturesque lakeside town in northeastern Michigan.
