The Opportunity Balancing the demand for business relationship management and program management, the Head of B2B, Consumer, Marketing - IT will consult, recommend and direct a team of IT professionals to deliver a wide range of business system and technical projects. You will establish and maintain sound business relationships with Asia Pacific businesses, act as a trusted advisor to IT business stakeholders, and represent IS&T to the business by promoting IS&T’s vision, value, services and capabilities. You will recommend and direct, in concert with the overall Moët Hennessy APAC business strategy, the development of localised business systems and technology strategies that support business objectives. You will facilitate and co-develop the business systems master plan enabling IT Services to meet priorities and requirements across global, regional and local initiatives. Working with the IT Director – APAC, you will help evolve the digital ecosystem, coach and direct a service delivery team, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery while highlighting the team’s delivery record. Job Responsibilities Local B2B Systems & Consumer IT strategy development, service management, risk management and relationship management Lead planning and execution of initiatives enabling business objectives through technology Foster a team environment and mentor B2B Systems & Consumer team members Communicate decisions, priorities and project information to staff regarding service requests, projects and initiatives Provide expertise to stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies Demonstrate knowledge of IS&T service catalog and business functions to support goals Lead prioritization of IT initiatives based on needs, workload and budget Lead and champion change management with a customer-centric focus Advise on options, risks, costs, end-user impacts and priorities Analyze technology trends to support business goals Promote adoption of solutions, identify training needs, and maintain technological watch Profile Information Management / Systems / Technology / Computer Science or equivalent qualifications (ITIL, PMP/PRINCE, MCSE, etc.) 15 years of IT/IS experience and solid project management experience across regions Experience with Salesforce, workflow solutions, eCommerce, CRM tools; cloud tech (SAAS, IAAS) knowledge Knowledge of eCommerce processes (Shopify) and wine & spirits distribution desirable Minimum 5 years in managing and developing remote IT teams; ability to lead a dynamic, technology-driven team Strong communication skills in a multi-language, multinational environment Ability to translate technical concepts into deliverable business solutions Independent, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus Additional Information Decision making authority over vendor validation, technical solutions and contract terms for IS&T projects regionally Project management of regional IS&T projects; authority to suspend launches if high risk or non-compliance Experience with B2BCRM, eRetail analytics, data reporting, and related platforms When you join Moët Hennessy Join a leader in luxury wines, champagnes and spirits within the LVMH Group Career development opportunities across global regions and the LVMH Group Be part of internationally diverse and inclusive teams, celebrating heritage and shaping the future Support regenerative and sustainable initiatives through our Living Soils Living Together program Engage in a culture of hospitality and responsible tasting Ready for a world of possibilities?
