Renowned for delivering unforgettable experiences, our world-class venue includes: Quarters – a vibrant 200-seat à la carte restaurant showcasing seasonal fare Harriett – an elegant 200-seat event space for weddings and celebrations Cellar Door – offering a curated selection of estate wines Art Gallery – home to contemporary art and sweeping vineyard views Outdoor Amphitheatre – hosting unique cultural and entertainment events About the Role We are seeking a proactive and organised Reservations Coordinator for Quarters to support our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment of enquiry. This role is ideal for someone with outstanding communication skills, a solutions-focused attitude, and an eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for managing restaurant and group reservations, coordinating communications between front and back of house, and ensuring a smooth and professional booking process. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day restaurant reservations in Quarters and group bookings using our reservation system Act as the first point of contact for guest enquiries via phone and email Provide clear and accurate group reservation sheets for internal teams Liaise with FOH, BOH, and event teams to ensure exceptional service delivery Maintain digital menus, communication tools, and booking platforms Follow up on guest feedback and provide proactive customer service Support restaurant operations during peak trading if required. About You Proven experience in a reservations, hospitality, admin, or customer service role Excellent phone and written communication skills with a professional and friendly manner Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy and confident using systems such as Now Book It, Bepoz, or similar (training provided) InDesign experience would be a plus. A warm, guest-focused attitude and genuine passion for hospitality Experience with tour bookings, event support, or front-office admin is highly regarded Role Details Casual 3–4 days per week including Saturdays if possible Approx. 10am to 3pm Based onsite at Hubert Estate, Coldstream Why Join Hubert Estate?
