We are hiring for passionate Assistant Venue Managers to help lead our brand-new Chatswood (opening soon) and our buzzing Lane Cove venue. What you’ll be doing: Lead shifts with confidence, keeping service standards high and the team motivated. Support the Venue Manager with daily operations including rostering, stock management, cash handling, and compliance. Ensure every product meets Yo-Chi’s quality and food safety standards. Train, coach, and develop team members to build skills and deliver great customer experiences. Maintain venue presentation, safety, and compliance with all policies and legislative requirements. Drive sales, manage costs, and help the venue achieve its financial and performance targets. What we’re looking for: Leadership experience in food, retail or hospitality (QSR is a bonus).
