The role Crown Towers Perth is the ultimate destination for luxury accommodation and exceptional guest experiences. As a Concierge Attendant, you will play a key role in crafting extraordinary moments for our guests by securing arrangements for events, activities, transport, and additional services throughout their stay. You will be part of a highly regarded, guest-dedicated team known for its commitment to excellence and personalised service, in line with Crown’s renowned standards. You will actively support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Concierge desk, performing duties such as booking tours, transfers, and restaurant reservations. With a strong focus on attention to detail and genuine hospitality, you will help create seamless and memorable experiences for every guest. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team member to join the Concierge Team on a part-time basis, with a guaranteed 48–76 hours per fortnight. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of Perth’s most prestigious hotel teams and grow within a culture of service, pride, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Provide a personalised and engaging level of service to all guests, recognising and attending to individual needsAssist with daily Concierge operations, including booking tours, transfers, and reservationsMaintain current knowledge of Crown products, services, and local attractionsSupport the overall Front Office operation, including check-in/check-out and pre-arrival contactEnsure accurate handling of financial transactions and adherence to cashiering proceduresParticipate in team briefings and training, and contribute to a positive team environmentConsistently embody Crown’s standards of impeccable grooming, presentation, and professional conductAbout you You’ll bring the following: A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detailStrong administrative and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (OPERA experience desirable)Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environmentA high level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all timesPrevious experience in a frontline hotel operations role, with a genuine pride in representing Crown Resorts Additional Information This role requires Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hotel lobby role, with at least 2 years preferably spent at a Concierge deskExperience with dealing with high level guests.Perth local knowledge is preferableCrown Towers Perth offers exceptional exposure to luxury experiences and continuous learning.
