We have multiple opportunities available for Commis Chefs to join Crown on a Part-Time or Full-Time basis. Experience in the following cuisines is highly regarded: Asian Cuisine (Wok Specialists) Japanese (Fine Dining) Australian Modern Cuisine Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to a consistently high standard Support Senior Chefs with daily food preparation and service Adhere to Crown’s Food & Hygiene standards at all times Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment About You Proven experience in a similar role Strong culinary skills and a passion for food Resilience and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment A positive attitude and strong communication skills Availability to work across a 24-hour, 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays About Crown Complimentary buffet-style meals for all team members on shift Free parking for all team members Discounts on retail and dining across Crown Free laundered and maintained uniforms for applicable roles Opportunities to grow and develop your career Qualifications Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (required) Additional Information What you can expect from us On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
