Job summary: Looking for candidates available to work: Wednesday: Afternoon Thursday: Evening Friday: Evening Saturday: Evening Sunday: Evening Expected salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year Join Harper & Sole, Coburg’s exciting new evening dining experience, as our Restaurant Supervisor / Duty Manager. You’ll lead our FOH team during dinner service, ensuring warm memorable guest experiences, while supporting smooth, efficient operations. Working closely with our Venue Manager and Head Chef, you’ll help shape our service culture from launch, oversee reservations and floor flow, manage cash-up and stock checks, and mentor our team. This role includes some crossover with our daytime café operation, offering variety and growth opportunities. We’re seeking an experienced hospitality leader with excellent communication skills, a calm and organised approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Evenings and weekend availability essential; RSA required. Full or Part time options available for the right candidate.
