Think fast-paced service, top-tier banter, and a back bar full of the good stuff. We're looking for someone who can hustle behind the scenes, support our bartenders, and maybe shake a cocktail or two when things get lively. You’ll be part of a fun, dedicated crew that takes pride in great drinks, good vibes, and slick service. Can you: Shake cans, pour pints, and hold your own in bar chat? Spot a dirty glass from across the room? Keep things tidy and ticking along without being asked? Talk flavour notes in a good pinot or wax lyrical about IPA? Then you might be our next bar-back superstar. What we’d love you to bring: A current RSA Solid knowledge of cocktails, craft beer, wine & spirits 1 years’ experience in bartending or as a bar-back (mixology background a bonus!)
