About The Role SkyCity Adelaide is currently looking for an experienced Head of Marketing - Casino & CRM to join our wider marketing team in this newly created role and drive continuous growth in contribution across the business. Reporting into the General Manager Marketing, this role is responsible for planning and implementing marketing, promotional events and campaign calendars to drive visitation frequency and revenue growth for mass and high value gaming customers across our gaming offering. This role will also set the promotional strategy for SkyCity Adelaide in close conjunction with the Head of Loyalty & Insights and the Head of Marketing - Brand and Hospitality, and provide sound marketing plans to support the Gaming operations teams to grow the local and domestic market. As the business owner of SkyCity Adelaide's CRM platform and all direct marketing, this role will play a critical role in the design and development of lifecycle campaigns and optimisation across Gaming, F&B and Hotel. You will be the business leader in journey management and automation workflows, driving SkyCity Adelaide toward best in class direct marketing. This role will also take ownership of the communications calendar and will work alongside the Loyalty & Insights team to manage the loyalty communications process, ensuring accurate, effective and timely delivery of targeted schedule of member communications and offers. About You To drive success in this role, you will possess extensive marketing experience within a gaming, wagering or similar organisation within highly regulated environments, coupled with a natural leadership style that embodies strategic thinking, project management and innovation. You have extensive prior experience with integrated marketing campaign development and implementation, as well as promotional marketing, new media/interactive marketing, lifecycle marketing and promotional marketing, coupled with CRM and direct marketing, including database ownership. You will have an excellent ability to produce end to end customer promotions in a fast-paced environment, with prior experience in developing and implementing a strategic plan for customer growth and retention being highly advantageous.
