About the role We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Café Manager and a supervisor with a can-do attitude, who thrives under pressure and has fantastic customer service skills to join our new team in Roxburgh Park! As the café manager you will be responsible for: Overseeing and Supervising day-to-day operations and managing rostering Maintaining staff levels by recruiting Maintaining the highest standards for all Jolly Miller products and service Foster an environment of respect, collaboration and teamwork within the store Follow all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of all monies Conduct performance appraisals according to the Jolly Miller People Calendar The ideal candidate will have: 2 years min experience in a supervisory or managerial role Experience managing day-to-day rostering, allocation, ordering and financials. Strong leadership experience in development, supporting and motivating staff. Passionate about providing a truly memorable customer service experience every time. Food preparation skills and knowledge of safe food handling are essential.
