We’re searching for a visionary Club General Manager to lead this newest, most elevated, and last club in Victoria, completing our extraordinary 2.5 year growth trajectory in Victoria before we expand nationally and internationally. This isn’t your standard club management role. You’ll own the full end-to-end success of the venue — leading high-performing hospitality and wellness teams, delivering personalised member experiences, and driving commercial performance across membership, retail, F&B, and wellness services. You’ll be: A credentialed leader with 5 years' senior leadership experience in luxury hotels, wellness, leisure, hospitality or fitness Service, detail and design obsessed — curating every touchpoint to create a 6-star experience Commercially astute — confident in owning a P&L, hitting targets, and growing revenue An inspiring coach and mentor — developing a passionate team culture of excellence and continuous improvement The brand, personified — someone who lives and breathes wellbeing, with presence and polish This is your chance to help shape the next frontier in private wellness.
