You will work in a diverse role across a range of acute and community services. Your week will involve working in our High Risk Foot Centre of Excellence inpatient and inter-disciplinary clinic at Fitzroy, as well as providing home based community services as a part St Vincent's Home Based Allied Health Team at St George's Hospital Kew. We work collaboratively to deliver evidence based clinical practice and strive for excellence. The St Vincent's Home Based Allied Health Service is funded by the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), and focuses on restoring or maintaining people's independence, improving function and wellbeing to support them to remain living at home. The team includes: Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Podiatry, Dietetics, Allied Health Assistant and Administrative support.
