Staff Sydney-based hospitality group, Liquid & Larder, are searching for energetic runners to join the team at The Gidley. We’re looking for someone who’s keen to grow, whether you’re just starting out or already experienced in the industry. About The Venue: The Gidley, found in Sydney’s CBD on the corner of King and Elizabeth, is an opulent steak house, where fine dining meets semi-respectable displays of gluttony. As our guests step inside and make their way down dimly lit stairs to the Lounge Bar, an intimate haven of plush furnishings and quiet corners. As their table’s being prepared, guests can enjoy old-school charm with your favourite stiff drink before taking a seat in the lavish Dining Room. Here, is where guests sink their fork into prime cuts and sip on juicy reds while allowing the jovial spirit of golden-age hospitality to unfold around them. About The Role: The pass is where the magic happens, and we’re looking for someone to take charge and keep service flowing seamlessly between the kitchen and front-of-house. If you love the energy of a busy service, have great communication skills, and want to be part of a top-tier hospitality team, this could be the perfect role for you.
