Kitchen hand/ kitchen assistant

About the role We are seeking a hardworking and motivated Kitchen hand/ kitchen assistant to join our dynamic team at GRANGE GULLY BISTRO' in Petersham NSW 2049 . This is a casual position, offering flexible work hours in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. What you'll be doing Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation, including washing, chopping, and organising ingredients Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment and surfaces Restocking and replenishing supplies as needed Supporting the kitchen team with any other tasks as required What we're looking for Previous experience in a similar role within the Hospitality industry, preferably in the Kitchen & Sandwich Hands sub-category Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills A positive attitude and a willingness to learn Food safety and hygiene certification is preferred What we offer At GRANGE GULLY BISTRO' , we value our employees and strive to provide a supportive and rewarding work environment.
