A day in the life of a Gaming Manager: Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift About you: You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out You hold current industry qualifications (RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager), or are willing to obtain them.
