Customer Service Officer - Call Centre

The Company My Money House Group is providing everyday Australians to take control of their finances. We develop tailored financial solutions for our clients in the areas of home loans, property, accounting and insurance. Established in 2011 the company has offices in SA, WA, VIC. Our office in SA is conveniently located on Norwood Parade (Norwood) close to public transport. The Role We are currently seeking enthusiastic, confident and vibrant people to join our Customer Service team on as Outbound Customer Service Officers. You will be responsible for calling people that have engaged with us at events like the Adelaide 36ers, BP Adelaide 500, Royal Adelaide Show, Adelaide United or Shopping Centres. You will be offering people the opportunity to receive one of our Home Saver Bundles by setting an appointment with one of our Adelaide Consultants. About You Ability to work in a team environment. Be available to attend all our afternoon shifts Monday to Thursday 3pm to 8pm, Friday 9.30 am to 2.30pm and Saturday 9.30 am to 2.30pm. Have a clear and understandable phone manner.
