Maintenance Technical Employee - 2 Hotels

Do you like fixing things and making sure everything works as it should? As a Maintenance Technical Employee, you ensure that everything in the hotels runs smoothly and remains in top condition. You take care of repairs, maintenance, and inspections so that guests can fully enjoy their stay. Your responsibilities: Solve malfunctions and carry out repairs on equipment, sanitary facilities, lighting, furniture, and locks Perform small maintenance tasks such as painting and touch-ups Report technical malfunctions (e.g., power supply, heating, elevators) and follow up with external parties when needed Perform regular inspections and standard checks based on provided checklists Monitor stock levels of materials (e.g., lamps, small equipment) and support with general tasks such as connecting AV equipment or keeping public areas tidy
