I have a great opportunity for you to play a key role in one of the UK's fastest-growing sports and lifestyle movements. I am looking to speak to experienced and driven General Manager to lead a fast-growing leisure brand with multiple sites. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone passionate about sport, customer experience, and building high-performing teams. About the Role Take overall responsibility for the successful operation of the new state of the art venue, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and exceptional service standards. Lead, inspire, and manage a team across the site, creating a positive, motivated, and high-performance culture. Drive commercial success through membership growth, events, coaching, retail, and F&B partnerships. Oversee budgets, operational planning, and site performance – ensuring KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. Build strong community connections and engage members, schools, and corporate groups to grow participation and loyalty. Work closely with the leadership team to support continued brand growth and expansion. About You A proven leader, ideally with previous General management experience in leisure, hospitality, or sports environments. Strong commercial mindset, with a track record of delivering revenue growth and operational excellence. Excellent communicator, able to inspire and lead teams while ensuring accountability and structure. Passionate about sports, racket sports, or active lifestyles, with the drive to build vibrant communities around each site.
