Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Develop, train, and inspire a team of 25 staff members to deliver outstanding service and consistent quality. Ensure smooth and efficient operations, maximizing profitability while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. Manage inventory, control costs, and oversee labor scheduling. Promote Taco Social's culture and values to nurture a positive and inclusive work environment. Drive sales growth through innovative strategies and a focus on guest satisfaction. Uphold food safety standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Qualifications 3-5 years of Fast Casual or high-volume Restaurant & Kitchen management experience. Strong food and beverage knowledge. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively. Proficiency in POS systems and basic restaurant software. Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and passion for hospitality. Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual salary of $85,000 - $95,000. Opportunities for career growth as we expand and franchise. Paid time off.
