Job Description Job Description Server - Greeting customers when entering or leaving the restaurant; - Providing excellent customer service to all customers; - Familiarizing customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested; - Taking customer orders and relaying them accurately to relevant team members; - Serving food and beverages; - Properly cleaning and setting tables between uses; - Anticipating guests' needs in order to facilitate enjoyable dining experiences; - Taking feedback from customers and escalating existing issues or potential complaints to the on-shift supervisor; - Being professional and friendly towards coworkers and customers at all times - Maintaining a clean and tidy work area; - Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Cashier - Managing transactions with customers using cash registers; - Collecting payments whether in cash or credit card; - Taking feedback from customers and escalating potential customer complaints to the on-shift supervisor; - Familiarizing customers with the menu and making appropriate suggestions when requested; - Handling pick-up orders; - Maintaining clean and tidy cashier areas; - Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Bartender - Preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages; - Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol; - Maintaining bar inventory and supplies; - Complying with all food and beverage regulations in accordance with food safety guidelines; - Memorizing bar recipes and following appropriate SOP when making beverages to ensure quality consistency; - Taking feedback from customers and escalating existing issues or potential complaints to the on-shift supervisor; - Maintaining a clean work area by removing trash, cleaning surfaces, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.; - Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
