The ideal candidate will have experience in building upkeep, physical endurance, and a keen eye for detail.Responsibilities:Prepare spaces for the next day (empty trash, tidy furniture, dust)Sweep, mop, and vacuum floorsClean and sanitize restrooms, replenish suppliesClean mirrors and windowsMaintain outdoor areas (water plants, mow lawn, clean entrances)Use insecticides to prevent pestsReport damages and assist with repairsPerform occasional tasks (snow shoveling, moving heavy items)Skills:Experience as custodian or janitorKnowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicalsAttention to detail and reliabilityPhysical strength and enduranceHigh school diploma preferred but not required hc144668
