If you’ve recently graduated from a certified CDL school, this is your chance to earn steady income while gaining real OTR experience. Paid Training & Orientation We make it simple to start. Orientation is fully covered with $300 pay, plus all travel and hotel expenses provided. During 4–6 weeks of on-the-road training, you’ll work directly with a professional driver mentor. Our structured program ensures you learn safe driving practices, route planning, and freight handling while building confidence behind the wheel.
