A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab Job Details: • Work in a 4-room cardiac catheterization laboratory with 1:1 patient ratios • Maximum 15 days call during critical periods • Night shift includes on-call team with 4 staff members on STEMI call • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, RCIS, ARRT • Must have neurology experience • Typical procedures include cardiac catheterizations, cerebral angiograms, stent placements, balloon procedures, ENT lab procedures, and scrubbing • Work with all GE equipment rooms • Documentation systems include Meditech and MacLab • Minimum 3 staff members required per room during day shift • Surgical scrubs provided by unit • Daily huddle calls with emphasis on building relationships with director, staff, and patients • Work alongside a team of 22 consisting of RNs and technologists Facility: This healthcare facility operates a well-established cardiac catheterization laboratory known for its gold seal of approval and excellent leadership.
