Job Description Job Description Palmdale Oil operates across more than fifty counties in Florida and offers a wide range of tailored commercial fuel and lubricant solutions to diverse sectors, including agriculture, industrial, construction, marine, and government. With fifteen locations statewide, the company is an industry leader in the procurement and sale of gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, commercial and industrial lubricants, propane and chemicals. The Plant Manager will play a vital role in supporting the company's commitment to delivering high-quality products and services to its valued customers The Customer Service Representative is responsible for resolving customer inquiries and concerns with a focus on delivering exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting customer retention. This position requires strong multitasking skills, as the representative will be expected to handle incoming phone calls while navigating computer systems and managing various tasks at their workstation. The ideal candidate is a dependable communicator with a customer-first mindset and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Solves customer service issues with the goal of customer satisfaction and customer retention. Answers phone calls and responds to all customer inquiries including pricing, billing, documenting complaints and setting up new orders. Accurately maintains customer data, transactions, and information through accurate data entry and monitoring (including propane tank information.) Prospect for potential leads and follow up inquiries via phone and email. Clearly explain the features and benefits of different programs and make suitable suggestions based on customer needs. Required Qualifications: The required skills for this position are: Moderate knowledge in Microsoft office and windows-based applications. Must have strong organizational skills as well as be extremely detailed oriented. Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment. Must have professional telephone manners Must be resourceful and a good problem-solver Must have a driven motivation for sales. Ability to multi-task under high-pressure situations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, customers and the general public.
