Job Description Job Description Schnipper's Quality Soups from the Founders of Hale & Hearty Soups is now open and looking for shift supervisors and assistant managers We are seeking an experienced QSR Supervisor to lead our front-line team in providing top-notch service to every customer. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a QSR or fast-casual environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team. A passion for food, particularly soups, with a commitment to high-quality standards. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service. Ensure that all food preparation meets our high standards for quality and consistency. Supervise and train new team members, providing feedback and coaching. Maintain inventory and manage ordering to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, keeping the kitchen and dining area clean and organized. Assist with scheduling and labor management. 2years management experience required, preferably in fast casual. Great environment and an exciting new concept.
