Superintendent

Job Description Job Description You will be on site superintendent responsible for setting and maintaining a build out. You must be able to read blueprints, work with the customer, work with subcontractors, communicate with owner/office. Duties will involve setting up and receiving deliveries, making sure job is completed on time, scheduling and doing inspections with local agencies. Ability to TRAVEL is a must. Pay will be determined based on experience. Company Description Have been in business 14 years. Been doing tenant build outs of restaurants all over the U.S. including Wingstop, Dave's Hot Chicken, Five Guys, and Popeyes.
